Oh Lord God,
I praise You that nothing is hidden from You.
There is no one who knows what You know
unless You reveal it. Please grant us Your grace
and give us revelations, wisdom, and knowledge
by the Holy Spirit. Reveal plans of the enemy.
Grant knowledge and wisdom to come to the
minds of our intelligence. Reveal to me what I
need to know. Father, please turn, overthrow,
overturn, and cause us to escape every trap.
Guide our steps when we don’t know which way
to go. We give You the glory and praise for all
You have done and for what You are going to do.
We ask these things based on Your promises in
the Word, and rely on You and Your power, and
give You all the glory, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

God Revealed the Enemy’s Plan
Now the king of Syria was making war
against Israel; and he consulted with his
servants, saying, “My camp will be in
such and such a place.” And the man of
God sent to the king of Israel, saying,
“Beware that you do not pass this place,
for the Syrians are coming down there.”
Then the king of Israel sent someone to
the place of which the man of God had
told him. Thus he warned him, and he
was watchful there, not just once or
twice. Therefore the heart of the king of
Syria was greatly troubled by this thing;
and he called his servants and said to
them, “Will you not show me which of
us is for the king of Israel?” [he thought
there was a spy in his camp.] And one of
his servants said, “None, my lord, O king;
but Elisha, the prophet, who is in Israel,
tells the king of Israel the words that you
speak in your bedroom.” (2 Kings 6:8-12)
God Still Reveals Secrets
- However, when He, the Spirit of truth,
has come, He will guide you into all
truth; for He will not speak on His own
authority, but whatever He hears He will
speak; and He will tell you things to
come. (John 16:13) - Call to Me, and I will answer you, and
show you great and mighty things, which
you do not know. (Jeremiah 33:3) - At that time Jesus answered and said, “I
thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and
earth, that You have hidden these things
from the wise and prudent and have
revealed them to babes.” (Matthew 11:25) - The secret of the Lord is with those who
fear Him, and He will show them His
covenant. (Psalm 24:14) - Therefore judge nothing before the time,
until the Lord comes, Who will both
bring to light the hidden things of darkness
and reveal the counsels of the
hearts. Then each one’s praise will come
from God. (I Corinthians 4:5) - Behold, You desire truth in the inward
parts, and in the hidden part You will
make me to know wisdom. (Psalm 51:6) - But God has revealed them to us through
His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all
things, yes, the deep things of God.
(1 Corinthians 2:10) - The secret of the Lord is with those who
fear Him, and He will show them His
covenant. (Psalm 25:14)
